The initial step is the preparation and clamping of the two parts of the die. Every die half is initially cleaned from the past injection and then greased up to encourage the discharge of the following part. The grease time increments with a part measure and quantity of cavities and side-centers. Likewise, grease may not be needed after every cycle, but rather after 2 or 3 cycles, contingent on the material. After oil, the two pass on equal parts, which are connected inside the pass on throwing machine, are shut and safely cinched together. Adequate power must be connected to the bite the dust to keep it safely shut while the metal is infused. The time needed to close and clasp the bite the dust is indigent upon the machine - bigger machines (those with more prominent bracing powers) will oblige additional time. This time can be evaluated from the dry process duration of the machine.
